The Ruby Throated Hummingbird migrates from South America and spends much of its year here in the North Georgia Mountains. I always enjoy their escapades as they aggressively compete for the nectar from the many flowers I keep around my home.
This one-of-a-kind ornament (approx. 3.75” diameter) is hand-painted on a canning jar lid and framed in a painted canning jar ring. The ornament is finished with jute twine and ready to hang. The back is signed with the title of the painting and artist signature. All of this is packaged in a protective burlap bag and ready for gift giving, or display.
