This bear cub showed up at my cabin unannounced one evening. I went out on my elevated back deck and all three of my cats were peering off the edge of the deck into the woods below. I slowly walked over and was treated to the sight of this precious bear cub exploring the woods all alone. I suspect his mother was nearby watching over him, but I never saw her. We watched the bear cub for about 15 minutes and then he just meandered back down the mountain and into the woods. What a gift from nature.
This one-of-a-kind ornament (approx. 3.75” diameter) is hand-painted on a canning jar lid and framed in a painted canning jar ring. The ornament is finished with jute twine and ready to hang.
